At Raine Apparel and Promotions, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality in all our custom apparel products. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products once they are produced and shipped.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us at hello@raineapparelandpromotions.com or 1-615-707-8464 within 3 business days of receiving your order with detailed information about the issue. Include photographs of the incorrect or damaged product, if possible, to help us understand the problem and expedite the resolution process.

Refund or Replacement

Upon review, if we determine that the issue was due to an error in our production or if the properly insured item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. We may require the return of the received item before issuing a replacement or refund. All decisions regarding the refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Raine Apparel and Promotions management.
